Homework Mode is provided "as is" with the goal of giving parents better controls on their kids' school-issued Chromebooks. We're a small team doing our best — the service may occasionally let through a video it should have blocked, or block a video it should have allowed. The per-video whitelist in your dashboard is the parent's safety valve for the latter. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Your 14-day free trial requires no payment method up front; we'll email you 3 days before it ends.
